1. About us

This website, axioskin.com, is operated by Axio Skin Co ("we", "us", "our"), a skincare business based in Adelaide, South Australia. You can contact us at hello@axioskin.com

Our store is hosted on Shopify. When you buy from this website, your purchase is made with Axio Skin Co, not with Shopify.

2. Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Full ingredient lists are shown on each product page.

Please patch test before first use and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a skin condition, check with your doctor or pharmacist before use.

We take care to show our products accurately, but colours and packaging may look slightly different on your screen.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was displayed in error. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

6. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 6, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to Axio Skin Co or is used with permission. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to provide false information, or in any way that could damage the website or interfere with other people's use of it.
