SHIPPING POLICY 

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Rates and delivery times

Standard shipping — $11 — 3–7 business days Express shipping — $15 — 1–3 business days Free standard shipping on orders over $99

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Remote and regional areas can take longer.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of that email, contact us at hello@axioskin.com.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and email us — we'll replace it. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, get in touch and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
